How much do programs cost?

Custom plan pricing depends on the level of coaching you are looking for. Daily training plans are $1.99 and monthly training plans $39.99. Learn more in the programs tab located at the top of the page.

What’s the difference between custom plans and daily/monthly plans?

Custom plans are designed specifically for you. Your goals, phyical fitness level, lifestyle, and limitations are all taken into consideration while I design the plan for you. I personally check in with you throughout the month to make sure you understand and are comfortable with the exercises. I’m also available to answer any questions regarding your plan and training schedule. The daily and monthly plans are my personal workouts. They are whayt I am doing on a daily and monthly bases. I design my work outs to best suite my needs.

How do I know if I can do your workouts?

Before engaging in any physical activity you should consult your doctor to ensure that you are healthy enough to participate. This goes for any work out or fitness program that you might be interested in starting. Please read our disclaimer prior to purchasing any product. Do you do in person one-on-one training?

As of right now, I am not taking on any more one-on-one clients, however you can always email me to find out if any openings are available.
